• Make payments according to agreed terms

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use deliverables for their business purposes. Scale Well Digital retains the right to showcase work in portfolios and case studies.

6. Limitation of Liability

Scale Well Digital's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination terms will be specified in individual service agreements.
